Another two votes go to the state-wide winner. Obama won the electoral vote from NE-2 in 2008, while McCain took the remaining 4 votes. The current polls have Biden ahead of Trump in NE-2 by 7, and he's only behind by 2 in NE-1. (NE-3 skews so heavily Republican it has a Cook Partisan Voting Index of R+27, the highest of any congressional district outside the South, and the last Democrat congressman from the district was elected in 1959.
