Topic	McConnell will NOT Promise a Vote BEFORE the Election for FEAR of his SENATORS!

Even if they lose bigly, they have no shame and if they appointed a new justice in spite of the will of the people, nothing could stop them. While as doing it right away will enrage the hell out of people for ultimately the same result as the former. The only reason to do it right away is sheer hubris, thinking they can literally get away with anything.
