| scar the 1 09/22/20 12:00:47 PM #84: | Messages like "support the troops" are so ingrained into what's normal in America, so people don't think about it. It's absolutely political though. So when people "don't want politics" in their sports or games or whatever, what they're really saying is that they don't want something that is so far from their norm that they see it as politics rather than some natural confirmation of their world view.
