Considering it's a licensed game I don't hold out much hope The older Harry Potter games, the ones that where less accurate to the books/Movies (Firecrabs, boss fights, Hermione making a tiny dragon that can breathe fire to do puzzles) where better IMO, and i got a similar vibe to them from the trailer.
