How is that not murder? It's not like he was attacked on the way home from school. He was proverbally "Looking for trouble." Self-defense doesn't really enter into this unless there are some major facts about the case currently unknown.

I don't see how this kid isn't a murderer and I'm extraordinarily intelligent.

why not? Is there a "looking for trouble" exception in the state laws for self-defense?
