| 3PiesAndAFork 09/12/20 12:15:23 PM #8: | Semantically, you can't ever skip breakfast, since the first meal you eat after fasting for a period of time (e.g. overnight) will break your fast. I know what you mean though, and in my case it's because I'm not that hungry until like 11am, and I like eating only two meals a day. And like a poster above said, going 12+ hours without food is good for fat loss. --- "I could care less" means you care right now. The proper phrase is "I couldn't care less." ...
