When the economy is bad, corporations don't give a fuck about their IT and it is ran by either offshore turnkey companies or onshore H1 firms. These H1 firms bunk 5+ people in 1 bedroom apartments, hold their visas hostage and make them go out and work contract jobs for whatever rate.
