Maybe watch something fun with spouse (not that you pervs). Play as a tavern keeper in Graveyard Keeper when the pain flare ups are too bad to walk but not too bad to play.

Nothing particularly week end (aside from spouse being off work to watch stuff with) or exciting?

Note: I'm mostly joking about trying not to die. My knee has tried to assassinate me on the stairs a couple times recently and my back once.
