No but I support a system with deadlines that are known months in advance and everyone has all the information they need to navigate the process correctly. . If I decided I wanted my name on the ballot 3 weeks before the election without filing my paperwork on time should they have to rush out ballots that included my name? Or should they disqualify the ballots that already got sent out? Mail-In ballots have to go out early enough that they both have enough time to reach the voters and have enough time to be returned and counted. That means changes to the ballot need to be finalized well ahead of time. That's not disenfranchising anyone that's just a logical necessity.
