| Mr Lasastryke 09/10/20 12:18:14 PM #252: | just looked up what xp was talking about and red sox never said "Come on guys, Republicans are too smart to make such an argument." i ctrl+f'd the word "smart" in that entire topic and he did say mueller was smart a few times, but he didn't say "republicans are too smart" to back up the claim that a republican didn't make an argument. what actually happened was that red sox claimed that barr didn't make a prosecutorial judgment. after that, he defended barr making a prosecutorial judgment. this is the flip xp was talking about. red sox then responded by saying "I only learned that Barr had made such a determination during those 13 posts." so yeah, all in all, i don't think what red sox did there was that terrible...? basically he just made an incorrect claim about something he didn't know. yes, it's always dumb and wrong to do that, but i hardly think it's "see, THIS is the ultimate example of why this topic has such gigantic issues with red sox!" as a sidenote, this actually took place last year, not in '17 or '18. --- Geothermal terpsichorean ejectamenta ...
