Evan Chandler was a dentist that accused Michael Jackson of sexually abusing his 13-year-old son, Jordan Christopher "Jordy" Chandler. This guy was the guy actors went to if they wanted drugs.
He had used the controversial sedative sodium amytal when he extracted a tooth from Jordan earlier. Sodium amytal is known for being used to implant false memories.
The prosecutor saw a chance of being famous, so he decided to act fast. MJ had his pants down and the police took photos of his penis.
Jordy had drawn a penis that was supposed to be MJs and the only person that compared the photos and the drawing was the prosecutor. MJ got vitiligo so he got "splotches" here and there. The prosecutor said that it was a perfect match.
The problem was that the drawing shown a circumcised penis. MJ was not circumcised.
And one of the drawn spots might have been almost like one of his spots of you turned the drawing and were squinting with your eyes.
They had a medical expert that was supposed to decide if it was MJs penis that was drawn or not, but he wasn't allowed to see any picture at all. The prosecutor said "It is a perfect match, tell the court that".
Does this sound like a real or a kangaroo court to you?
Hol up hol up hol up. The police took pictures of MJ's penis?? They then compared MJ's dick to the drawing the son drew and used that to prosecute Michael. The medical expert was not allowed to see either the drawing or the picture but was told to tell the court that it was a perfect match?
Issues here are: police can't collect evidence like that so that should've been thrown out, not allowing the medical examiner to view the evidence and telling him to say is a match is tampering.
Did they actually go through with THIS prosecution?
