I'd expect someone that knows how to ask questions. It's near impossible to go over everything a job description requires and at minimum, their questions let you know they have some type of experience. "You didn't mention phone blocking - is that something your reps are required to do?" let's me know 2 things. 1, you have likely done phone sales before. 2, you don't like phone calls (the word "required"...if they ask "Do I 'get' to do phone calls?" (said no one ever haha)).
