After the main route concluded, I was thinking the game was just good, not great, and I expressed that when making my post in the beaten games topic. However, getting through the alternate side routes and true ending afterwards elevated this game to one of the better VNs I have read, and definitely the best one since finishing AI: The Somnium Files earlier this year. Some of the reveals from the other routes made the game more interesting, and the true ending definitely links it up with the other games in the series. I do wonder if I should watch Chaos;Head at some point as I think the ship has sailed on an English release of Chaos;Head Noah, though hopefully the fan translation comes for that one.
