| CobraGT 09/02/20 5:00:39 PM #1: | Battery was upgraded to class 4 felony hate crime. The incident occurred August 17 on the Winnetka Pier. A man and 2 women were sitting on the pier when a private citizen came up and told them that they had to leave. This private citizen got angry when told she was being filmed and going to go viral. She reacted by striking the arm holding the smart phone.
