Topic	I have a new PC headset with 7.1 virtualisation.

I don't think anyone's arguing the merits of virtual surround over true 7.1 because there are none. But yeah, Atmos is definitely a step above Windows Sonic. And if the content was mastered for Atmos, that step grows to a sizeable margin.
