Starting to think the cops are purposely delaying their response so that damage can actually be done so they can have more ammo to use against their opposition, be it some of the radicals in BLM, BLM in general, and / or people who want them defunded, and so the victims will rally behind them and convince others to do so. They show up later going " You see why you need us? Better gives us what we want, when we want it, and how we want it.".
