(s)he didn't vanish. (S)he revelled in the chaos for months. There was a lot more to the dog shoop that I was privy to, almost entirely by accident, but there were so many moving parts at the time between 4 spinoff boards, tinychat, PotD, and AIM/YIM/Skype that it would have taken a DEA whiteboard to keep track of.
I had my hands full with the shenanigans on the SBA side at the time, in dealing with Pojr , Soma, scooter, and whatever the "hacker troll Lord" that looked like Christian Slater who had the painting business on the side and half managing Red's own shenanigans at the time that between the 12 hour a day job I was working and herding cats online with a whistle that I was sleeping about 4 hours a day for 2 years while drinking, smoking, and snorting like a champ. That wasn't counting the 3 girls I was juggling at the time and my 2 side hustles, or being the top ranked sniper on the planet in an MMO.
That era was fun, but it was exhausting on an existential level given the number of plates I was spinning at the time.
Not to toot my own horn. In the bigger picture, most of my achievements were minor to put it mildly, but I spent 3 or 4 years trying to be in 8 places at once.
I call myself a Magnificent Bastard. I truly believe I'd earned that title all things considered.
How old are you? Sounds like something a 20 y/o would try balancing. But the snorting remark might explain the extra energy if you were older.
