He probably has a number of ardent loyalists who have been thoroughly brainwashed over the years but I'm betting the majority of his voters just have some weird internalized hate for Democrats. Well at least those loyalists are diminishing their numbers, by solidly taking medical and other advice from Mr. Trump.
