He probably doesn't even understand how you even begin to relate to someone with a stutter or any speech condition. Even of he has it himself, he'll ignore it to the point he won't relate to others with a similar condition He'd probably just laugh at the kid and say something like: "I am the best at speaking. No one else in this wonderful country is as articulate as me. Not a one. I've never stutteres in my life unlike this little idiot.
