Topic	I found a dollar bill from an uncut collectors sheet tonight. How can ya tell?

Spoilers below...please let people guess and do not talk about/spoil without tags. I want to see what people say. The serial number ranges for uncut sheets are around 96 million and above for most series as far as I am aware. My searches confirm finding high serial numbers is difficult.
