Yea... No. No. Just... No. This only works if you squint and fudge things a LOT on both ends. Like the verse about 'set times' only works if the Bible. You could also take a lot of this and, with an equal amount of squinting and fudging, make basically any national leader sound like the anti-Christ. For example, the bit about the 'king of the South' makes a lot more sense for Xi since it could be referring to Australia which, technically, does still function under a monarchy, is set against China, would have Charles succeed Elizabeth, and China could certainly inflict 'great harm' upon it with it's nukes if war broke out.

I'm not saying Xi is the antichrist. I'm saying the signs can be easily interpreted many different ways and some of them really don't fit Trump. For example, Trump hasn't been wounded or even sick and a LOT of people didn't believe Russiagate from the get-go, so being 'amazed' at him recovering from the 'fatal wound' just doesn't make sense. If, say, Biden suddenly punched Trump so hard it knocked his heart out but then Trump survived or even if he got C-19 and seemed to be close to death but recovered that would make more sense. Also, America doesn't really have a religious leader so that bit makes no sense at all. Not to mention the pandemic specifically mentions the waters becoming bitter while C-19 has precisely jack to do with that.

It's just fearmongering and doesn't work in the slightest if you actually pay attention to the verses.

Edit: Those aren't the only bits that don't make sense by a LONG shot; just the bits that were closest when I got too fed up with the idea to continue.

Edit Edit: I want to also point out that this guy isn't even consistent in his own article. For example, he claims the anti-christ is hell-bent on winning, but the verse he cites to support this states that the anti-christ is bent on CONQUERING. That's not the same thing. Maybe in some interpretation it says the anti-christ is bent on winning but why didn't he use that version then? Conquering is a very specific thing and there are multiple world leaders who actually do entertain ideas of expanding their lands through means militaristic and otherwise; but conquering (even in it's loosest of definitions) and winning are not the same thing. Correlated, yes. The same thing? Not by a long shot.
