There have been a number of DIPC (death in police custody) in Massachusetts for as far back as I can remember. The most notable one for me is Madelyn Linsenmeir. As for the topic, I have no idea why Georgia city police and GSP don't have body cameras. At the very least, cameras in their vehicles. --- I don't reap the corn.
