1) After the question was asked, he did not immediately bring up racial makeup. He mentioned they are going to "open up" and "expand" the neighborhoods. Then he said "and just so you understand" (and proceeded to provide racial data). This is because the topic has been brought up before, and apparently he claims that the Dems claim there aren't enough people of color in suburbia (if we go off of 35%, then the number of people of color seems to be consistent with the U.S. demographics)
2) He specifically mentioned low income. Would you agree low income areas have more crime, regardless of racial makeup? If so, would you agree bringing in more lower income individuals to an area would result in more crime in that area? If not, why?

1) I'm going by the tweet - "They're going to destroy suburbia. And 30 percent of the people in suburbia are minorities.", the second sentence is *directly* about race. If Trump (in this interview) expanded as you claim, please provide the full transcript.
2) Again, in this tweet Trump doesn't mention low income, only race. Again, if we grant that Trump was referring to a Democrat claim that there weren't enough minorities in the suburbs, that does not necessarily indicate low income - the Obama regulations Trump rolled back were specifically about discrimination, NOT income.
3) You are conflating "low income neighborhoods" with "low income families". I agree the former does have problems, but that is often due to systemic issues of underfunded schools, low access to proper food, negative police presence, etc. Having low income families move to the suburbs (which again wasn't what he stated) is akin to low income families having access to magnet schools - unless that is "destroying" them as well.
