This seems like a pretty reasonable conclusion tbh. I dont feel any particular need to question the results.

Also the us basically prohibits testing marijuana due to its absurd classification and even in canada testing was limited massively prior to legalization.

would more data be useful? Of course.

Does that mean this isnt fairly likely? No.
