Topic	Man beaten, robbed of his 200k life savings outside of California Bank.

Not sure of it is thing but could also be some sort of insurance scam where his friend robbed him and someone "happened to record it" for proof. So he can claim insurance and keep the "stolen" money as well. I'm waiting for the go fund me.
