Me: "well I don't want a large. I didn't even say large. I just want whatever coffee I can get that's the same price. I'm getting plain coffee, so I don't see why that should cost extra anyway"

"Sorry, all our coffee prices are two dollars. You have to pay two dollars even if you don't get a large"

....wow. McDonalds is really losing their grip on reality. No wonder there was only like 3 cars in the drive thru during lunch rush.
