Anything cool happen?

I had it one time just after learning of it, but it was very lackluster.

I was like cool I cant move this must be what people were talking about. I wonder if my bed will move like others described? Bed shakes once. Cool!

Looking back on it it was almost like someone who hated their job doing it. Fudge the higher ups found I keep skipping this guy! There you are paralyzed! (Starts to leave) UUUUUUGGGHHHHH! you want the bed to move?! Fuck! (Pushes bed hard) There I am taking my break now.

Uh. Most people don't describe it as "cool". You might of just been having a dream that simulated it since it was fresh on your mind. But it's not like I can just make that call, so who knows. I also have no idea if it's something you can impose like that.

For me last night. It was like I was awake and wondering if someone was in my house. But I fall asleep on my arms sometimes, so it's not the best vantage point to be in when having this. At the end it felt like a shadow was leaning over into my view, then I pulled myself out of it. I'm someone who seeks out creepy shit in real life, but this never fails to be an overdose for me. I want out as fast as I can. There's always this reoccurring thought that I might not be able to get out of it. Which I think would be a normal fear for most people.

I'm not saying your lying, but I have a right to be skeptic that you didn't just have a dream. In dreams your mind is tweaked to believe things aren't as abnormal as they appear. With sleep paralysis, you're completely in your normal conscious and you realize the full extent and fear of what's happening. But hey, you could very well just be an exception that is able to stay completely underwhelmed by the situation. It's just easier for me personally to theorize the former.
