I don't have a whole lot to say about these people but if I can talk about Dolph and Macellan I guess I can find something to say here.

Kliff is cute and fills a niche as the more reserved character from Ram Village. I don't remember a whole lot about him. I made him a mage and he was decent. I think he's supposed to be the best starting villager in Echoes? I dunno, I'm not knowledgeable on the Echoes meta.

Between Julia's weird availability and being a perfect counter against the final boss, I have no idea what score she deserves. She's a fairly boring character though. I've always thought the Deirdre/Julia stuff was one of the weaker parts of FE4.

Milady is great! She has good interactions with Guinevere and Gale (among others). Without a doubt she's one of the best units in FE6 too. Can't go wrong with Milady! I'm surprised her name has never been translated as Melody.

Guy is okay because all FE7 characters are good, but he's not one of the more interesting ones tbh. His supports with Karel are good and his recruitment with Matthew is amusing. As far as recruitable enemy myrms go, I think Guy is one of the more fair ones, since he doesn't appear out of nowhere or force you to negate his Astra skill or anything. As a unit he's sword-locked infantry in a game where that's really bad to be. Usable but not great! I almost wonder if even a 4 is too high.

Dozla is amusing. He has decent value when he's deployed for free on the Ghost Ship, as he's a character who can actually live through a turn there (particularly with a Pure Water/Barrier put on him). You'll want him to rescue L'Arachel probably.

I don't like Kieran's character much at all. I just find him a bit annoying. As a unit he's great in FE9 because cavalry run that show, but not nearly as worthwhile in FE10.

Lissa really straddles that line in Awakening between being developed a lot by her supports and just wearing out her welcome because she's not that interesting to begin with. Overall I think I end up liking her, though. She has more than one character trait which helps, and good cast chemistry with Chrom and Frederick. As a unit she's your first healer, which is instant utility, but I think I'd rather have Maribelle as soon as she shows up.

Subaki kinda sucks! He never turns out good for me despite his whole gimmick being that he's incredible at everything. Despite that he's your first flier so he has a lot of utility even if he has stat screwed. He's the father to a weird alternate universe version of Cordelia, who Severa can be the mother of -- where else but Fates?

I think I like Leonie a lot more than most people. I don't think she's overly obsessed with Jeralt although it is a bit much, but Jeralt's a cool character so overall I'm okay with it. I really like her character design and I think she does well as a commoner trying to prove herself to a bunch of nobles. Also love her character design. She's a very useful character and ended up riding around butchering people with scythes in my Verdant Wind playthrough.
