Exercise and dietary adjustment will correct the first. Review what you're eating everyday and if it's caloric-intake is more than you're expending, exercise to utilize it. Go for walks, runs, use a treadmill/bicycle for an hour, etc. Losing weight usually isn't that hard, especially if you just want to drop. When gyms open back up, work with a trainer or ask around to bulk up.
