Yeah. It's dumb shit. Seems like people getting too hype in the moment and just trying to have fun. But white people going to the bar are just trying to gave fun.

There's gonna be people going overboard whenever you got a lot of people in a combined effort. And I still stand by their cause actually having a real meaning at its core while conservative white people just want haircuts and to continue being alcoholics in public.

You seem to skim over the part where cops are killing innocent people and getting off scott free. To a lot of us, that's not something that fades in the background. We're not like "yeah yeah cops are killing innocent people....BUT WHAT ABOUT THIS THING?!"

There is no "but what about" for this. Cops killing people like this is at the top. If it's not for you, then figure out why.

I never claimed that the movement should not happen - only that it IS a potential spread of Covid. Denying that the protests spread Covid is just unintelligent and just as faulty as saying that gyms or beaches, etc., do not spread the virus.

A social movement CAN and SHOULD still occur, but we have to understand that by doing so during a pandemic with a highly infectious disease WILL cause the virus to have increased spread.

That said, my own personal opinion is that the virus should be more of a priority - more people could very well die from that than police abuse - and minorities will more than likely be more likely to die from it as well due to disparity and discrimination.
