Nah Kimahri is fine for a little bit. He tends to fill the same void as Auron does (Having Piercing weapons)

The issue with Kimahri. Is his personal grid is tiny and he will have to go into someone else's grid to increase his stats. The reason why this sucks is that he has to go into the starting part of their grid. Often having to go thru like 3-4 blanks to get to the start of their grid. The starting parts of the grid are very low stated too. Like the end of the grid will have a bunch of +3/+4 stats. The start of the grid is going to be full of +1s and some +2s. He'll just naturally fall behind because of stats and it's not like he has amazing base stats like Wakka or Auron do.

I completely disagree with a few of the posts so far.
Freya/Amarant/Quina. I think those are 3 of the strongest party members in FF9. Quina might be the strongest character in that game.
Mission Vao I don't think is even the worst character in KotOR1. HK-47 as cool as he is exists. HK-47 requires you have to build your main character certain ways or he is completely unuseable. He's kinda locked to the 2nd weakest weapon type (Rifles), He only gets like 5 Feats which is the lowest in the game. Like even T3-M4 has better damage potential than HK and he's the utility droid.

100% agree with Fiona from Radiant Dawn. There is like almost no salvaging her.

This is actually a hard question. Bunch of Late 90s/Early 00s games have a ton of these characters but I can't think of too many
