At this point and in some of these locations, they are misguided. Police killings were already statistically low when you factor in total contact with civilians and the amount of violent crime they deal with, then you add in that police reform is a priority. For others, theyre working out their guilt, due to the original sin concept of all white people today being guilty of injustice from the past.
