New York was hit hard and was one of the first states to get hit. They were essentially a guinea pig, the country didn't know what to do. Even with that, they got the virus under control and are seeing record lows in every thing while the rest of the country is getting manhandled. These are facts whether you want to accept it or not. The fact that these other stats had 3-5 months before they were hit and not get it under control quicker than NY did is laughable.

Newsflash, this is a novel coronavirus. You and Mr Paul need to look up what novel means. It was a new virus that we didn't know how to treat. The entire world has learned so much in the past few months, we didn't know how to treat people with the virus. Even ventilators, what's suppose to be the hail mary, played a part in so much death. If you can't knowledge that the lack of knowledge didn't play a part, then you are agenda driven. But even with that, NY is under control.

Click on any state and find one that looks like NY. New York has the most densely populated city in the country, and they are doing well right now. If NY can be under control right now, then there is no excuse for any other state. Fact.

Suck it up. Educate yourself. This wasn't some common bug that everyone knew how to handle. If you can't look at it in the proper context then you have an agenda. Fact.
