So it's not like those slaves escaped into paradise. Kayne was basically trying to say they went from one bad situation to another. But that thought line omits a lot of context and as bad as Northern factory life might have been, it was nowhere near as bad as being a freaking slave. It also really pisses all over Harriet Tubman's heroism.Sorry, but if he couldn't get it right saying it, nobody should be fixing it for him. Don't want to see people trying to fix what he thought he was trying to say.
