They're worth a good price. Just make sure to double-check they're all actually maxed out first. I sold all my wood, then saw I still had one bow upgrade left. Luckily, they spawn near shrines, so you can grab them, reload checkpoint, repeat, and you'll have all you need in under 10 minutes.
