The pre-stream was.. something. He was practically masturbating (figuratively speaking) for 5 minutes going on and on how he is one of the most, if not the most prolific content creator. And like @LightningAce11 pointed out, he said how he was winning and how succesful he is this year, after literally being bankrupt.

The vest reveal came as no surprise, Phil is so devoid of creativity and tone deaf that he truly believes that his fans want him to have more vests. Even though the brown vest, which started this madness, is just a meme. Phil is going to drive this thing into the ground unless he dies first.

More and more cracks are showing up, hiting at a possible (and I do mean possibly) absence of Kat. Lots of comments from Phil hinting low key that she might be gone. How he has do to groceries on his own and things like that. Still, I wouldn't recommend looking deeper into this at this point, but there are subtle hints.

Speaking of "succes", Phil stated that for the first time this year he has been able to pay his bills while denying twice the money is going to mobile games. It would be beyond easy to show a screenshot to disprove everything. The excuse that it would endanger his "family" is beyond idiotic.

He also claimed that the federal governemnt hasn't contacted him about paying his bills from last year, due to the government shutting down due to COVID and is now waiting for them to contact him. While I am not really all that versed in taxes and shit in the US, but I HIGHLY doubt that if you still owe money from last year, even amid all this COVID bullshit the government/IRS is going to: "eh, it's fine".

We know, by Phil's own admission, that he put most if not all of his taxes on credit cards, and those debts got dismissed. So IF Phil is begging for tax money he is either full of shit, or in way too deep. But as usual, Phil is the most unrealiable story teller, so we'll probably never know which it is. But if it is the former, he'll just stick to his disgusting greed scamming shtick, because he knows it works.

He then started talking about future plans to improve his stream, and the first thing he mentioned was a new couch. He is such a scummy asshole. And it got worse, he kind of used the new couch as leverage for a greenscreen. The current greenscreen is unfortunatly too big to use. He then moved on to unboxing of games/consoles as part of why he is so succesful. He made a smooth transition to not being to afford the PS5/XSX for launch and dropped a few not very subtle hints asking people to pre-order it for him.

His plan for improving his stream consists of:

1. A new couch/seat, people need to give him money for that.
2. The Greenscreen.
3. People shouldn't just buy the new consoles for him, they should pre-order them.
4. A new webcam.

It then turns out he had a streamdeck in his possesion for a while. He hasn't revealed who donated it, because he didn't want to stir up drama. He can't use it, because it only works with Windows 10, and he still runs 7. Refuses to upgrade because it could "unlock pandora's box". I mean what the actual fuck. Oh, but since Phil can't use it, you would have though he might have send it back, as a good faith gesture. But it is his now so...

Eventually he will have to upgrade his PC (laying the foundation for people to give him money for that). Also suggesting people should mail him for donations so they can talk about it "behind the scenes".

Funnily enough, Phil has always shat on things like the greenscreen that could help him improve the quality of his stream and now he is all over it.

This is just prime scummy Phil, because he is just trying different avenues to squeeze more money out of his fans.

And then we got treated to him forcing a burger into his face while wearing a new vest, to which his chat had an underwhelming response. And the other reveal is a tier 2 reward, upsetting many fans. His greed knows no bounds.

And in the very same stream he retconned people being dissapointed by the vest reveal, only fake fans were dissapointed. See, his "real" fans wanted the 200 streak celebration to be like the 100 streak celebration and includes tiered rewards.This caused fake fans to be mad, and made the real fans sad because they want to have a good time. Phil tollerates the fake fans because he doesn't want to disrupt the stream with banning and look bad because of it. They always complain though, they think Phil isn't aware of them (the fake fans), but he is. He knows them all and their sock accounts. He ends it by saying they are shitheads.

Two whales ended up donating 200 dollars in total. He revealed a red vest. Just like predicted. What a fucking asshole. He said he wanted a Marty McFly vest (so semantics it is then, just like Jasper, no one guess he was there for 9 months), which was more orange, but he ended up with the vest that was revealed, which was more red. But he never actually adressed why he lied about the red vest. He then proceeded to hype up the 250 vest goal with ANOTHER FUCKING VEST REVEAL.

It's Jasper all fucking over again, because it's not a "red vest" it's a "Marty McFly vest".

I keep wondering how many times he has to lie to his fans before they wake up, but it's never going to happen. The whole 200 vest streak was a complete dud and the tier 2 reveal was exactly what was predicted yet he lied about it.

Basically just Phil.
