I'm not saying cost of living hasn't gone up, but in general it hasn't over doubled in 4 years in most places that min wage did not increase drastically.To be fair, part of the reason the cost of living is so obscene here is because we have a church *coughcultcough* buying up as much land as they can and deliberately screwing with the town's economy in order to seize more control.
