I can cook a fresh bacon, egg and cheese sandwich in a slightly longer time, with better ingredients than it would take to toast the bread for that sandwich while still being fresher and better tasting (if you're not addicted to sodium, a major health issue for 20+ years (cough*over processed fast foods*cough)) and healthier than McDonald's. Yeah. All that to go back to my main point of you not answering the question. They asked for the best fast food breakfast... Or are you having trouble reading... Mead posted... Best Id say sonic They had a breakfast bowl for a short time. It was really good. It was a little bowl with egg, cheese, and either sausage or bacon. I would get sausage and add bacon. And sometimes, I would pour syrup in, as well. It was limited. As was the breakfast burger thing. Also very good. But I also had the toaster and burrito, which are regular items.
