It doesn't seem like it if you're denying what's happening here. They were sent by the federal government to stop people from....placing grafitti on federal buildings. To stop that, unmarked federal police have thrown peaceful protesters into unmarked rented vans and detained them without charge. They are literally cracking skulls and sending out the Gestapo/Stasi over alleged graffiti and people wearing black clothes. I'm skeptical of twitter videos that are timed to magically capture the moment where "secret police" (literally outing themselves by having patches that identify them as police) throw people into unmarked vans.
