Fauci saying we could know if the vaccine is safe in December isn't the same thing as the vaccine will be out in December. Post anything from anyone credible or not that is saying a vaccine is most likely going to be readily available to the public this December. The Oxford vaccine phase 3 should end in late August/early September. If thats promising, they said the US would receive 100 million doses by the end of the year. Thats not nearly enough, but its a start.
