Those regions are experiencing major community spread of the novel coronavirus. The states in the red zone Alabama, Arkansas, Arizona, California, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Idaho, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, Nevada, Oklahoma, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas, Utah There is more info and some stuff on Georgia, but I'm not going to post the rest.
