| monkmith 07/17/20 7:02:57 PM #40: | because many older black parents didn't know how to swim and didn't teach their kids. its a pretty big issue in my area since its coastal and people go to the beach, so schools and YMCA's and rec centers in many poorer neighborhoods have been pushing free swimming classes for the last few decades. --- Taarsidath-an halsaam.
