What's your explanation for why the US has about half of the deaths per million as Belgium does? Is their political leadership 2x worse than Trump?

First, Belgium is very liberal with what they count as COVID 19 deaths. But even ignoring that -- Belgium has had their death toll under control for a while now, while the US's current death toll is worse per million than Belgium. Their death rate has steadily been under 2 per million each day since the beginning of June. The US on the other hand has had 7.36 Deaths per million as recently as June 26th. The US's number of confirmed cases also keep going up. This pandemic has been lengthened by this administration. There's little doubt about that.
