Here are the "cool" perks in fc3

Improved accuracy with 3 guns, improved reload, improved accuracy 3 other guns, syringes last longer, syringes last longerer, steady aim last longer, shoot while ziplining reduce fall damage, use a mounted gun longer, hold your breath longer, steady aim longerer, sprint faster, death from above, death from below, dual death from above, dual death from below, and use enemy gun in takedown.

So that's one cool perk , perks for things that you start with in 5, and the same old generic shit...and that makes it only rant worthy in 5.

if you can't talk about video games without lashing out like a little kid, you don't need to be listened to. it's just far cry, dude. no matter how you slice it, 3 and 4 had better progression than 5
