pinky0926 07/15/20 4:58:08 AM #7:	It might be a contributing factor but I'd suggest it's more because Japanese people are culturally likely to wear masks at the slightest sign of any sickness, whereas westerners somehow think wearing a mask even when you're at risk of a deadly virus is a breach of your civil rights.
