The game can run on a potato at 60FPS. I have a backup old rig with an AMD Bulldozer, 4GB RAM and a GTX 760 on it and it can get 60+ fps on the game. It isn't hooked up anymore, but case in point there. Gamebyro is an ancient engine and your computer isn't good enough to run it above 18fps especially since you're piling on top with tons of mods that are probably eating your RAM alive. What if you need to do a driver tweak? We can't help you there without knowing the GPU. What if your processor is too slow? We can't know. What if you don't have enough RAM?
