Not when we have a political system that selects for those most likely to be "elected" instead of those most likely to be "great leaders". Or, in an era of limited individual bandwidth and unlimited information, our main legacy media outlets continue to try and champion their inside person. Goes beyond us electing the politicians in my mind. I hear you though. We do have the power to change it. But how to convince such a large swath of people to rally around an outsider?
