I would really like to leave a tip with the explicit instructions "90% of this goes to the kitchen staff, 5% to the waiting staff, 4% to the dishwashers, and 1% to the bussers" >_>
Dishwashers do wwwaaaayyy more than you think, when i started out the had me on the grill, in the storeroom, and cleaning the entire damn building. Cooks also have more help than you think the shift managers and storeroom clerks help with the cooking....glad im not a dishwasher anymore shit was hell
