| Darmik 07/12/20 6:38:53 PM #62: | The Dark Knight Rises was specifically made by Nolan to cut off any potential for him being asked to come back. It was most certainly a finale. Once Ledger died any cinematic universe launching off of the Nolan movies died with him. Funnily enough GOTG3 has been Disney's biggest fumble with the MCU so far since that movie should have been pretty much done by now.
