Bro I've created fucking literal giant UFO alien motherships in my dreams and weird structures probably equivalent to thousands of feet high and jumped way the fuck into space from them and had dream anxiety like "is this too much for my brain to handle and will it make me wake myself up?"

I heard a podcast on lucid dreams years ago and apparently those fucking people were experts on the subject and I was like "yeah no... keep doing what you're doing and talk to me in like 10 years. Maybe you'll be able to keep up then."

and just in case I look edgy or something, I've been far enough down the sleep paralysis rabbit hole that it's an inconvenient formality now and I had something happen once that I still don't even know... the closest google shit came up with "sleep exploding head syndrome" and... that being said there really isn't a response that could make any sense... and even looking that up wouldn't actually do much to describe what happened. Like that's the "most accurate" example I've ever found but it's still far from what I experienced. I just read something like "this is a broad thing and hasn't been studied much so basically... we don't fucking know" so I was like... welp, maybe that is what happened \_()_/

It's not unreasonable that I could loop back around to thinking "ghosts" because that was where my mind was first and foremost so many years ago... but it would take some really unprecedented shit for me to rule out anything and everything else.
